At Little Coast Mobile Bar & Café, we’re all about creating unforgettable experiences! Based in Windsor, Ontario, and serving all of Southwestern Ontario, we serve your guests with our handmade wooden bars ranging from 4' to 8' in size, or we can serve from a venue’s preexisting bar. Whether it’s a wedding, birthday party, BBQ, or corporate event, our full-service bartending and café team is here to ensure every drink is perfectly poured and every cup is brewed to perfection. Why are we called Little Coast?
Our name, Little Coast, is inspired by the rich history of Windsor, Ontario. Did you know that Windsor was originally named "La Petite Côte," which translates to "The Little Coast"? French settlers gave it this name in the 1700s because of the area's location along the Detroit River, with its gently sloping shores. Over time, Windsor has grown and evolved, but its deep connection to the water and its history remains an important part of the city’s identity.
At Little Coast, we wanted our name to reflect our roots here in Windsor and show our love for this incredible city. By choosing a name tied to Windsor's original identity, we honour the past while embracing the vibrant present. Our mobile bar and café bring a touch of that heritage to every event we serve, blending tradition with modern charm.
How does it work?
Consultation
When you choose to work with the Little Coast, we have a consultation to discuss your custom menu. We collaborate to create a menu that fits your theme, personality, and budget. Working with a set menu allows us to calculate the right amount of alcohol and/or coffee supplies you will need for the event.
Prep
The day before your event, we spend hours hand-prepping garnishes, creating specialized syrups for your cocktails, and picking up freshly roasted coffee beans.
All the little things
We take care of all the small details that make a big difference! We've covered everything, from pop, juice, cups, napkins, straws, ice, and non-alcoholic options to upgraded glassware to elevate your event—just let us know during your consultation! We also speak with your venue or event planner to ensure everything runs smoothly on the big day!
Day of the Event
We require access to your venue two hours before service begins, ensuring our bartenders have ample time to set up the bar and/or espresso & coffee machines. If you have decorations for the bar area, this is the perfect time to meet with us. We staff your event with at least two Smart Serve certified bartenders to keep drinks flowing smoothly. Cheers!

Our Packages
Everything you need for a great bar, minus the alcohol. We are a dry hire, which means the host must obtain the necessary permits and supply the alcohol. But don't worry—we’ll help you every step of the way! You can reach us seven days a week with any questions!
Mocktail Events
All the flavour, none of the alcohol! Elevate your next dry event with our Mocktail Bar Service. We craft a delicious menu of handcrafted mocktails that go beyond just pop and water—giving your guests a unique and refreshing experience. Perfect for weddings, corporate events, baby showers, and any celebration where great drinks are a must!
